Legal Disclaimer: Deposit Policy

This agreement applies to all cabinetry projects commissioned through Notambox LLC, located at 4409 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: By providing a deposit for your cabinetry project, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is not 100% refundable. This policy is in place to cover costs incurred immediately upon initiation of your project, including but not limited to:

• Materials procurement.
• Custom design and planning.
• Labor scheduling and allocation.
• Administrative and processing fees.

2. Project Timelines: The completion of your project may take up to 90 days from the date the deposit is received. This timeline is subject to changes based on the scope of work, material availability, unforeseen circumstances, and project adjustments requested by the client.

3. Right to Serve: Notambox LLC reserves the right to serve clients at its sole discretion. We prioritize maintaining a positive and respectful working environment. All communication between Notambox LLC and its clients must remain professional. Any inappropriate, hostile, or unprofessional behavior may result in project termination, with no guarantee of a refund.

4. Client Responsibilities: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure clear communication and timely decisions on designs, materials, and other factors affecting the project timeline. Delays caused by lack of feedback or changes requested after the initial agreement may extend the timeline further.

5. Final Agreement: By submitting your deposit to Notambox LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions. For further clarification or additional information, please contact our office at your earliest convenience.
